AXPHARMA’s clinical support hotline service is available for helping in such situations. This service was created in 2002 for post-market authorisation products, and in 2007, it was extended to clinical trials, including unblinding.
AXPHARMA’s hotline staff, all of whom are physicians or pharmacists, ensure that every case is handled with the utmost professionalism and adaptability, right from the very first telephone call. Furthermore, they are supervised and backed-up by a pharmacovigilance professional with many years of experience in this field.
Our hotline service, available out of hours, night and weekends, currently manages more than 150 calls every month.
